(More customer reviews)sometimes I want my hair thinned, but I dont want to have to pay for it. especially if i dont even need a trim or anything. SO I got this instead and it works just my stylists does. As long as you KNOW how to use it, or can have someone you trust to use it, it does the trick. I have really thick big dry hair, and these shears are MUCH sharper on the teeth than I thought they'd be so it works perfect for me. Now I dont see a reason why thin-haired people would need it- however if you do have thin hair and decide to use this, take caution because a LITTLE of this baby goes a long way.

(More customer reviews)I have a pair of these that I have used or about 10 years and they still have not needed sharpening.In fact I wasn't sure they even made them still.Wanted to get another pair if they did and sure enough they do!!!The only difference in mine is they don't have the added piece on the finger hole part to rest your ring finger on.Highly recommend them!

(More customer reviews)This scissors is slightly better than the seki edge junk that I bought previously. It is heavier therefore stronger and also sharper. The metal is of pretty good quality and it feels good in your hands. This I would say is a mid level product. I definitely have used better ones but given the lack of places to get thinning shears, this would still be much better than the seki edge scissors on Amazon.

(More customer reviews)The quality of these Oster blades is extremely high, but the cut I get with this 0000 blade is not noticeably closer then the cut I got with the 000 blade that came with the clippers. Maybe I'm just expecting too much difference.

(More customer reviews)In addition to my clipper and trimmer, I use this to clean the foil and oscillating blade-head of my Braun shaver.It lets the blades last much longer as they don't have to slog through the debris from the previous day's shave.

Just separate the foil from the blades, and brush off the debris in both directions, preferably over a sink.

(More customer reviews)My wife cuts my hair 2 times a month. We really can't afford the 100 dollars shears at the expensive stores so I bought these because of the reviews. They are really worth every penny. The scissors are sharp, light, and the blades move well against each other with no gaps or catches. My wife has been happy with them every since we got them and I think they deserve 5 stars for that and the fact that you get lifetime sharpening! So if you have to cut hair more than once a month, they are a great buy.
