(More customer reviews)I got this package within two days of ordering it and it was fabulous!I had ordered a Flobee just prior and had to return it because it would not pull my hair up into the narrow opening.The Robocut has a wider "mouth" that allows the hair to be pulled up easily.I highly recommend getting the Automatic version with the vacuum included!This is a quality product.My first haircut with the Robocut took 15 minutes and that included reading the instructions!
